The Sunshine Find
The Sunshine Find

This section contains the exhibition material of the project entitled The Sunshine Find, presented in the Exhibition Glocal Equality and Hospitality (curators: Ilona Németh and Edit András) as part of Trencin Cultural Capital 2026. Each element of the installation has a dedicated page that contains a broader description of their context. Some of these background research materials were generated with the help a trained ChatGPT (5.6) assistants. The credited reports were produced across multiple machine-learning sessions and subsequently reviewed by the artists. Their references and hyperlinks were also audited through cross-agent verification. Nevertheless, these materials should be treated as provisional research resources rather than definitive scholarly publications, and should be read critically. One of the project’s subversive aims is to explore how AI agents might be trained to assist societies in adapting to climate catastrophe and in developing strategies for confronting its consequences. Since January 2026, the present agent has been trained to support the structural, conceptual and editorial development of The Sunshine Find, drawing wherever possible on academic and peer-reviewed sources. Throughout the project, it has been used to address technical problems, improve the organisation and consistency of the archive, extract and generate metadata, and conduct directed and supervised background research. It has not been used to generate the project’s artistic concepts or creative content.
